Bourbon Aged White Balsamic

Bourbon balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors.  Great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a different take on malt vinegar.
