Not too hot, not too sweet, this balsamic is "just right". Use it on dishes you want to add a little punch to but not overwhelm. Pair it with the Raspberry Balsamic as a tantalizing sandwich topper. Use a robust extra virgin olive oil such as Picual with it to season roasted potatoes, grilled veggies or broiled seafood.
