Ole Mole reflects the Mexican dish that utilizes chocolate as a rich balance in a spicy pepper sauce. Alchemy enhanced the chili-cocoa blend with savory herbs and the warm hues of allspice and cumin. Smoky ancho and white peppercorns add layers of spiciness. Excellent on chicken and pork and pureed with sauteed veggies into a thick sauce.
